Tulips by Scafa Art. We suggest 4 prints for this paper tole. You can achieve this by cutting the outline mat and attaching to mat board and then mounting the base piece of the tulip arrangement on white mat board cut to the 4x10 size.  This will give you a real mat and will save you a print by not mounting a base print.
