Product Description
Judikins Diamond Glaze. Give a glass like finish on paper tole. You can brush on, drop on or apply with a sharp point onto eyes or water drops on flowers. Water based, it dries to a raised or brushed flat shinny finish. Do not apply additional cotes until last cote is completely dry and shinny or you can end up with a milky finish.
